The Fi App is available in the U.S., U.K, Canada, France, Spain, Germany, Finland, Malta, Romania, Austria, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Slovenia, Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, and Latvia. If you're planning international travel, be sure to download and set up the app before leaving the country.
Traveling With Your Pet
The Fi Series 3+ works seamlessly in the U.K., France, Germany, Spain, Finland, Malta, Romania, Austria, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Slovenia, Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, and Latvia. Your Fi Device will automatically connect to the applicable network across borders with no action required.
If you're traveling outside of these countries, your Fi device won’t connect to cellular networks abroad. This means features such as live tracking and escape detection won’t be available during your holiday.
But the good news? You’ll still have access to your pet’s activity insights in the Fi App - so you can keep an eye on their steps, rest, and daily routine.
Traveling Without Your Pet
If your pet stays home while you’re abroad, you can still monitor them in the Fi App from anywhere in the world!
With any Fi Device, as long as your Fi Membership is active and you have internet access on your smartphone, you'll stay connected to your pet through the Fi App no matter where you are.
