Device alerts allow you to personalize and enhance your Fi experience.
Choose the notifications you want - from your pet's activity (Safe Zone exits, step goals) to device performance (charging reminders) - all in the Fi App.
How to manage your device alerts in the Fi App
1. Open the app and tap your pet's avatar in the lower-right corner of your screen. Once you're in your profile, tap the Menu button in the upper-right corner:
2. Then, tap Account:
3. Tap the arrow next to Device alerts, under the Notifications heading.
4. From here, you can choose which alerts you'd like to receive, such as escape, walk, and safe zone alerts. Please note that we do not have end-of-ride notifications after you drive with your pet.
