Fi Gift Cards

Fi Gift Cards are digital and sent via email. They can be used toward any prepaid Fi Membership plan and never expire.

To redeem a gift card toward an upcoming membership renewal, please contact Fi Customer Experience.

Purchasing a Fi Gift Card

Select the type of gift card you would like to purchase.
Fill out the required fields, including Who is it for, your name, and email address. You can also write a personal message for the recipient under Message.
Schedule your e-gift card delivery date. Under Delivery date, you have two choices:
- Tap Now to send the gift card immediately upon checkout.
- Tap Choose Date to schedule delivery for a specific date.
Tap Continue to add the gift card to your cart.
Select your payment method, fill out the prompts, and tap Place order.

Once checkout is complete, the recipient will receive an email with the gift card on the date you selected.

Add items to your cart.
When you are ready to check out, click the shopping bag icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
In the Coupon / Referral / Gift card code field, enter your gift card code and press Apply.
Your cart will update with the gift card amount applied. Click Place order to complete your purchase.
