Each device logged into Fi should have unique login information.
Why Unique Logins Matter
Not having a unique login will lead to:
- Receiving inaccurate information in the Fi App. When your Fi device is connected to your cellphone, it displays the name of the member whose account is logged in. If multiple people are logged into one account, the app can only display the logged-in user's details.
- Receiving incorrect alerts. If multiple members are logged in under one account, the alerts sent will be incorrect. Your Fi device relies on the logged-in account to have the correct information about who your pet is with.
- Security Risk. If someone is logged in under your account, you will not be able to remove them from your account.
How to Add Account Holders
The Fi App allows additional account holders to be added to ensure all information and notifications are correct.
