Full-Access members can easily update the access level of any account within the Fi App. Any View-only or Restricted member on your account has different access to what they can see in the Fi App. Follow the steps below to edit an access level.
How to Edit an Access Level

With the Fi App open, tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the menu:

Tap Your Pack:

Scroll down to People and tap the arrow next to the profile you want to edit.

Select which role you would like this person to have.
- Once you make your selection, the app will automatically move the person into the proper role with the access you have chosen.
