How To Turn Off or Reset The Fi Collar

Series 3

To power off the Fi Collar:

The Series 3 Fi Collar cannot be powered off manually. It will shut down when its battery is fully drained and reaches 0%.

To reset the Fi Collar:

1. Make sure your Fi Charging Base is plugged in.
2. Place your Fi Collar on the base. You should see your Fi Base Light turn blue, indicating your collar is properly docked.
3. On the back of the base, next to the Micro-USB port, there is a small circle. This is the reset button. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
4. The Fi Base Light will turn red and your collar light will flash green, indicating the collar has reset.

Series 2

To power off the Fi Series 2:

1. Make sure your Fi Charging Base is plugged in.
2. Place your Fi Collar on the base. You should see it start to pulse blue (or stay solid blue if fully charged).
3. Look on the bottom of the base for a button labeled RESET. You may need to find a pen or something similar in size to easily press the button.
4. Hold the RESET button in for 5 seconds, until you see the light flash red on your collar followed by the light turning off.
5. At this point, you can remove the collar from the base. The collar is powered off.

If you need to turn your collar back on, simply put it back on a powered charging base, and it will power on automatically.

To restart the Fi Series 2:

1. After powering off the collar, wait 30 seconds and turn the device back on. 
2. Once you place your collar back on the base, the reset is complete.
