Turn Off or Reset Your Fi Device

To power off your Fi Series 3 or 3+ Device:

The Series 3 or Series 3+ Fi Device cannot be powered off manually. It will shut down when its battery is fully drained and reaches 0%.

To reset your Fi Series 3 or 3+ Device:

1. Make sure your Fi Charging Base is plugged in.
2. Place your Fi Device on the base. You should see your Fi Base Light turn blue, indicating your device is properly docked.
3. On the back of the base, next to the Micro-USB port, there is a small circle. This is the reset button. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
4. The Fi Base Light will turn red, and the light on your device will flash green, indicating it has reset.

To power off your Fi Series 2 Device:

1. Make sure your Fi Charging Base is plugged in.
2. Place your Fi Device on the base. You should see it start to pulse blue (or stay solid blue if fully charged).
3. Look on the bottom of the base for a button labeled RESET. You may need to find a pen or something similar in size to easily press the button.
4. Hold the RESET button in for 5 seconds, until you see the light flash red on your device, followed by the light turning off.
5. At this point, you can remove the device from the base. The device is powered off.

If you need to turn your device back on, simply put it back on a powered charging base, and it will power on automatically.

To reset your Fi Series 2 Device:

1. After powering off the device, wait 30 seconds and turn the device back on. 
2. Once you place your device back on the base, the reset is complete.

To power off your Fi Mini:

First, please remove the Fi Mini device from the Strap or Soft Case on your pet's collar or harness.

Then, to turn off your Fi Mini, press and hold the power button down for 4 to 5 seconds. The power button is located next to the USB-C port. While you hold the button, the light will be blue. Once the light turns off, your Fi Mini has powered off.

To reset your Fi Mini:

1. Remove the Fi Mini device from the Strap or Soft Case on your pet's collar or harness.
2. Press and hold the power button for 4 to 5 seconds to turn off. The power button is located next to the USB-C port. The light will be blue while you hold the button, and will turn off once your Fi Mini has powered off.
   
    
3. Wait 30 seconds, then press the power button to turn your Fi Mini back on.
