If you have a Series product, your pet’s Fi Device includes a built-in light that boosts visibility in low-light settings - perfect for early walks or evening adventures! Please note that this function is not available on the Fi Mini.
You can customize the color to match your pet’s vibe and toggle it on or off directly from the Fi App.
Steps to Change the Fi Light Color
There are two ways to set and change the Fi Light color on your Fi Device.
From the Live Tab:
- Open the Fi App.

Tap the Live Tab.

Tap and hold the Fi Light icon in the upper-right of your screen. This will reveal a menu with different colors:

Tap the color you'd like to choose, and then tap Done:
From the Menu:
- Open the Fi App.

Tap your pet's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Settings Menu:

Tap Your Pack
- Tap the pet whose device you want to change the light for.

Tap the device on your pet's profile page.

From here, tap the edit icon next to the light color to update.
Depending on your connection to the device, there may be a delay in the Fi Light changing colors.
*Please note the Fi Light is designed to flash instead of staying on at all times. It will turn off automatically after 60 minutes to preserve battery life.
