The Fi App is your go-to place for everything you need to know about your pet.
Paired with a Fi Device, the Fi App brings you even closer to your pet. Once set up, you can view your pet's location, activity, and be alerted if they ever escape from a designated safe area.
Navigating the Fi App
Learn more about each of the five tabs on the menu bar below:
In the Live Tab, you can view your pet's current location, activity, and power on Live Tracking/Lost Mode.
The Health Tab shows your pet's behavior tracking, including sleep and step trends.
With the Rank Tab, you can keep track of your pet's rank across different packs. Please note that only dog profiles appear in the Rank Tab.
In the Community Tab, you can connect with other pet owners and Fi Pet Friends. You can read Fi News, which contains health advice, training content, and more.
The Profile Tab allows you to customize your pet's Fi experience by managing their profile, adding photos, and adjusting settings. Within the Settings Menu, (in the top-right corner) you can configure your account preferences.
