You can access the Rest Summary through the Live Tab by tapping the arrow on the Rest Preview. Rest Tracking can also be accessed within the Health Tab section of the Fi App if you have a dog profile.
The Rest Summary provides insights into your pet's rest patterns, including sleep duration, nap times, nighttime interruptions, and overall restfulness.
*Series 1 Fi Devices do not have access to Sleep Tracking. Series 2 Fi Devices do not have access to the Rest Summary, but they do have access to the Rest Preview on the Live Tab.
Sleep Tracking
Near the bottom of the Rest Summary, you'll find the Night Summary, where you can track your pet's sleep patterns for the selected night. This includes their bedtime, wake-up time, total sleep duration, and any interruptions throughout the night.
You can track your pet's sleep patterns by hour, day, week, month, or year. Use the Time Selector to choose a time period, and swipe right to view past sleep data.
For each time period, you'll see averages for sleep (dark blue), naps (light blue), and total rest (sleep + naps) displayed on the Sleep Chart.
Sleep Interruptions
A sleep interruption occurs when your pet moves for more than three minutes during sleep hours. To view a detailed breakdown, tap and hold the interruption in the Sleep Detail View. Your pet must wear their device while sleeping for interruptions to be recorded.
If your pet wears their device overnight, both sleep and nap data will be recorded. If they wear it only during the day, only nap data will be available, and a message will appear stating "No sleep data collected."
Naps are recorded when your pet remains still, even if they are awake but not moving.
Share Rest Data
You can share your pet's Rest information from the Fi App. Tap on the Share icon and send your pet's sleep data via social media, text, or email.
