To view more detailed Strain Score and Activity insights, tap the Steps summary on the Live Tab to see your pet's activity.
On the Steps page, scroll down to find your pet’s Strain Score. You can explore their strain trends by day, week, month, or year for a deeper view of their activity balance.
Scoring
In the Fi App, the strain score measures from 0 to 30. There are three categories your pet's Strain Score can fall into:

Low
- A low strain score ranges between 0–7.5
- A low strain score indicates your pet is rested. Your pet may be ready to take a walk or playtime.

Moderate
- A moderate strain score ranges between 7.5-22.5
- A moderate strain score indicates your pet's day includes a balance of activity and rest.

High Strain
- A high strain score ranges between 22.5-30
- A high strain score indicates your pet had a big day of activity. Make sure to prioritize rest and recovery.
Strain Score Insights
You can view your current Strain Score compared to Your Average, Similar Dogs (same breed and age), and All Fi Dogs.
