There are circumstances where you will need to reset your Fi Base during troubleshooting. Select your Fi Device Series from the applicable tab below to reset your Fi Base.
Please note that the Fi Series 3 Base is compatible with Series 3 and Series 3+ Collars.
- Unplug your Fi Charging Base.
- On the back of the Base, next to the micro-USB port, there is a small circle. This is the reset button.
- With the Fi Base unplugged, hold down the reset button.
- Continue to hold down the reset button while plugging the Fi Base back into a working outlet.
- After plugging in, hold the button for five more seconds.
- The Fi Base Light will flash yellow, indicating the base has been reset.
- If needed, update the Wi-Fi Network on your base after the reset. See: How Do I Update the Wi-Fi for My Fi Base?
- Unplug your Fi Charging Base from your outlet.
- Keep it unplugged for 1 minute.
- Plug your Fi Base back in to your outlet.
