Steps to Reset the Fi Base

1. Unplug the Fi Charging Base.
2. On the back of the base, next to the Micro-USB port, there is a small circle. This is the reset button. 
3. With the Fi Base unplugged, hold down the reset button.
4. Continue to hold down the reset button while plugging the Fi Base back into a working outlet.
5. After you have plugged the Fi Base back into an outlet, continue to hold down the reset button for five more seconds.  
6. The Fi Base Light will flash yellow 🟡 indicating the base has been reset.

Steps to Reset the Fi Base

1. Unplug the Fi Charging Base.
2. Keep the base unplugged for 1 minute.
3. Plug the Fi Base back into a working outlet.
