Manage your Fi Base

Within the Fi App you can manage your Fi Base(s) and the settings from the Base Menu.

Steps to Access the Base Menu

Open the Fi App.
Tap your dog’s profile picture in the lower right corner. Once in the profile, tap the three stacked lines to open the Settings Menu:
Tap “Bases”:
Review your Fi Base menu — It may look different depending on the phone type:

Fi Base Menu Options

From the Base Menu, you’ll see all Fi Bases associated with your dog’s profile. Once you tap into a Base on the Fi App, you will see the following information:

Unlink Base

The Name of Your Fi Base	Where you can change the default base name (which is the serial number as a default) to a custom one, such as "Home" or "Office."
The Wi-Fi Network Name	View the last known or current Wi-Fi network your Fi Base is connected to.
The Option to Update Your Wi-Fi Network	Update the Wi-Fi Network your Fi Base is connected to. If your Base is offline, you'll receive a notification. Series 3 Fi Bases have an indicator light that will show a static yellow if disconnected from Wi-Fi. You can find offline troubleshooting information here.
The Serial Number	Displays the unique ID tied to your Fi Base.
The Set Location of Your Fi Base	Shows the location of your Fi Base. If you are planning to travel with your Fi Base, click here for tips.
