You can cancel your membership anytime by visiting memberships.fitracking.com/manage.
Please note that only the primary Owner of a Fi Membership can cancel the plan. If your membership includes a commitment period, cancellation will only be available once that period has been completed.
To Cancel Your Membership
1. Log in using your Fi email address and password.
2. Tap the pencil icon of the Fi Membership you want to cancel.
3. Scroll down and tap Cancel membership.
4. Follow the prompts, including providing feedback on why you are canceling.
5. Once completed, the expiration date of your Membership and the Reactivate button will appear.
You can reactivate online as long as you still have time left in your membership plan. To reactivate your membership, log back in to memberships.fitracking.com/manage and select Reactivate under the applicable membership.
