You can cancel your membership anytime by visiting memberships.tryfi.com/manage.
Please note that only the primary Owner of a Fi Membership can cancel the plan. If your membership includes a commitment period, cancellation will only be available once that period has been completed.
You can also cancel your membership in the Fi App by following the steps below.
To Cancel Your Membership in the Fi App
1. Tap your dog's avatar in the lower-right corner. In the profile, tap the three stacked lines to open the Menu button:
2. Tap Collars:
3. Select the Fi Collar associated with the membership you'd like to cancel.
4. Tap View Details:
5. Tap Manage Memberships. This will redirect you to a webpage to manage your Fi Membership.
6. If prompted, log in using your Fi email address and password.
7. Tap the pencil icon of the Fi Membership you want to cancel.
8. Scroll down and tap Cancel membership.
9. Follow the prompts, including providing feedback on why you are canceling.
10. Once completed, the expiration date of your Membership and the Reactivate button will appear.
