Pausing Fi Series 3+ and 3 Membership Plans
A Fi Membership is required to enable Fi Series 3+ or Series 3 Collars features.
All Series 3+ and 3 Memberships have a minimum commitment of 6 months, unless a longer term is purchased, in which case the membership commitment period is equal to the length of the plan selected.
Following the 6-month commitment period of a month-to-month, 3-month term, or a prepaid plan, you can elect to pause or cancel the membership temporarily. A membership cannot be paused mid-term. All changes to a membership must be made prior to the upcoming renewal.
Please note, there is a $20 reactivation fee to resume membership after a plan has been canceled.
Pausing Fi Series 2 Membership Plans
You can request an update or cancel your Fi Membership at any time, but please note the changes will go into effect the following billing period.
A membership is optional, but recommended for the Fi Series 2.
