We hope it never happens - but if your dog is lost, you can use the Fi App paired with your dog's Fi Collar and an active Fi GPS/LTE Subscription/Membership to track them down quickly.
Note: Without a Fi GPS/LTE Subscription/Membership, Live Tracking/Lost Dog Mode is not available.
The instructions to turn ON/OFF Live Tracking and Original Lost Dog Mode are the same. For further information regarding the differences between Live Tracking vs. Original Lost Dog Mode, see: What Is the Difference Between Live Tracking and Original Lost Dog Mode?
We recommend: Testing Live Tracking/Lost Dog Mode and Testing GPS/LTE to familiarize yourself with the functionality before you need it.
Please note, while in Live Tracking/Lost Dog Mode, your dog's Fi Collar will only have approximately 2 days of battery life. This is why it's important to save as much battery as possible when your dog is not lost. See: How Do I Improve Battery Performance for My Dog’s Fi Collar?
