Fi's Referral Program

Know someone with a dog? Easily share your referral code directly from the Fi App to earn Fi Perks.

Every time a friend purchases a new Series 3 Fi Collar with your referral code, you will both be rewarded!

• Your Friend's Reward: 
  • $20 off = waived activation fee for a Series 3 Fi Collar and
  • 1 free month added to their Fi Membership 
• Your Reward: 1 free month added to your Series 3 Fi Membership
  • When the person you refer purchases their Series 3 Fi Collar at shop.tryfi.com, ensure they input the referral code you gave them so they can receive your reward. Once they activate their Series 3 Fi Collar, the 1 free month will be applied at the end of both you and your friend's Fi Memberships.

To View + Send Your Referral Code

Each Fi member has a unique referral code and referral page. There are a few ways to view and send your referral code.

Option 1:

1. Open the Fi App. Tap on the Timeline Tab:
   
   
2. Tap on the yellow and black present in the top-right corner of the Timeline Tab:
   
   
3. You will then be given the option to share your referral link by tapping the Share your referral link button or invite friends from your phone contacts by tapping Invite from contacts.

   To access your unique QR and referral code, simply tap the QR code located in the upper-right corner. You can then share your referral code with friends by copying it to your phone's clipboard or by having them scan the QR code with their phone.
   
   

Option 2:

1. To start, open the Fi App and tap your dog's avatar in the lower-right corner of your screen. Once you are in the profile, tap the Menu button, the 3 stacked lines in the upper-right of your screen to open the Settings Menu:

3. You will then be given the option to share your referral link by tapping the Share your referral link button or invite friends from your phone contacts by tapping Invite from contacts.

Option 3:

Referral Program Terms 

Refer as many people as you would like! Your friends, colleagues, dog walking group — all friends are welcome!

• Referral codes can only be used on a new, full-priced Series 3 Fi Collar purchased through Fi's website, shop.tryfi.com, and the referral code must be entered at checkout. 
• Referral codes cannot be used on a Series 2 Fi Collar, any accessories, or stand alone Fi Memberships. They are only valid for a waived activation fee for a Series 3 Fi Collar and/or one free month for both the referrer and referee's Series 3 Membership. 
• Referrals cannot be added after a purchase has been made. 
• Referral codes can be used in place of coupon codes, not in addition to.
• Referrals earned from codes posted on external sites or within the same household can be revoked.
• Referral bonuses cannot be earned on gifts purchased by the referee to a referral.  
• You will earn one reward per unique referral. The same person cannot use a referral code more than once. 

How quickly will my friend receive their reward? When will I receive my reward?

• Your Friend's Reward: When your friend enters their referral code at checkout, and their referral code contains $20 off their activation fee, the activation fee will immediately be waived. Once your friend activates their Fi Collar, 1 free month will be added to the end of their new membership period after their 6 month commitment has been met.
• Your Reward: You'll receive an email with your reward. Your 1 free month will be applied to your Fi Membership at the end of your current membership period.

Please note referral codes must be added at the time of checkout. We cannot retroactively add a referral code.
