Fi Gift Cards

Fi Gift Cards are digital and sent via email. They can be used toward any prepaid Fi Membership plan and never expire.

Please note: if you have a gift card purchased for Fi Series 2, you can only use it toward Series 2 items.

Purchasing a Fi Gift Card

1. Visit the Fi Gift Card page on our website.

2. Select the type of gift card you would like to purchase. There are three options available:

   

3. Under Who is it for, enter the name and email address of the person you are sending the gift card to:

   

4. Under From, enter the name of the gift card sender:

   

5. Optionally, add a personal message for the recipient under Message:

   
6. Under Delivery date, choose when to send the gift card:
   1. Tap Now to send the gift card immediately after checkout.

   2. Tap Choose Date to schedule delivery for a specific date:

      

7. Tap Continue to add the gift card to your cart:

   

8. Select your payment method:

   

9. Complete the checkout prompts, then tap Place order:

   
10. Once checkout is complete, the recipient will receive an email with the gift card on the date you selected.

Redeeming a Fi Gift Card Online

Fi Mini and Series 3+ purchasers must redeem gift cards through the online shop. Series 2 members may also use this method.

1. Visit our website to browse our collection of smart pet devices and accessories.
2. Add items to your cart.
3. When you are ready to check out, click the shopping bag icon in the upper-right corner of your screen, or click here to go directly to your cart.
4. In the Coupon / Referral / Gift card code field, enter your gift card code and press Apply.

5. Your cart will update with the gift card amount applied. Click Place order to complete your purchase.

Redeeming a Fi Gift Card in the Fi App

These steps are for Series 2 members only. If you have a Fi Mini or Series 3+ device, please use the online redemption steps above.

1. Open the Fi App.

2. Tap Live in the bottom-left corner of your screen:

   
3. There are two ways to access the available membership plans:

   1. Option 1: Tap the banner at the top of the Live tab.

      
   2. Option 2:

      1. Tap the Steps summary to open the Activity Summary:

         

      2. Tap See GPS Plans:

         
4. Once the available membership plans are listed, tap the plan you wish to purchase.

5. Tap Continue:

   

6. You must add payment information even if you are paying with a gift card. Billing information must be on file to cover applicable taxes or upcoming renewals. Tap the + button next to "Payment" to enter your payment details:

   

7. Tap Save and continue:

   

8. Tap the + button next to Gift card:

   

9. Enter your gift card code in the field that appears. The code will be applied to your total automatically. Tap Place Order to complete your purchase:
