If the Fi Band you ordered for your collar is the wrong size, we're happy to exchange it for you within our 30 day return period.
You can exchange your Band for another size in your Fi Band's series. Please note that Fi Bands cannot be replaced with Makers bands. For Fi Makers Edition exchange instructions, click here.
Exchange Process
- Order the correctly sized Band for your Fi Collar Series from the accessory shop.
- Reach out to our Customer Success Team to request your refund and initiate the exchange. Please include your invoice number and shipping address to ensure your refund is processed correctly upon arrival.
- Mail your exchange to the address provided by our Support Team. Return shipping is arranged for and paid by the customer.
Once your exchange arrives at our returns center, please allow 7-10 business days for your Band's refund to process.
