At Fi, our mission is to keep pets safe, connected, and never lost, and that starts at the very beginning of their adoption journey. Through Fi Gives Back, we partner with animal shelters and rescues across the country to provide them with the tools they need to set every pet up for a safe future.
Each partner organization receives free Fi Nano microchips to help ensure every animal that comes through their doors is properly identified and registered before adoption. You can learn more about Fi Nano in the Getting Started with Fi Nano Partner Program article.
We also donate Fi Devices to be used on pets in their care, giving staff and fosters peace of mind that every animal is safe and accounted for, whether on a walk, in foster, or during an adoption event.
In addition to supporting rescues directly, we extend the same protection to their adopters. Every adopter through a Fi Gives Back Partner receives a special offer for a free Fi Device and a 6-month Membership, giving new pet parents the ability to track their dog or cat's location, monitor activity, and stay connected through the Fi App.

How the Program Works
When a pet arrives at your rescue, you'll activate their Fi device through the Rescue Portal.
As pets move to foster homes, you can transfer tracking access to foster parents through the Portal. While with a foster, both you and the foster can monitor the pet's location.
When a pet finds their forever family, you complete the adoption transfer, and the new owner receives a free 6-month Fi membership to continue keeping their pet safe.
