Fi Nano Partnership Qualifications
To qualify to become a Fi Nano Partner, you must:
- Be a dog Rescue, Breeder, or a Veterinarian. We do not accept other animals in our Fi Nano Program, but we do accept organizations that deal with both dogs and cats.
- Have a website or Facebook page of the establishment.
- Be located in the US.

How to Access Your Fi Nano Partner Account
Approved Fi Nano Partners can log into their Fi Nano account to manage microchips and place orders. To log in to your Fi Nano account:
- Go to nano.tryfi.com.

In the top right corner, you will see a Login button. Click Login.
- Log in using the email address and password you created when applying to the Fi Nano Program.

Enter your Fi Partner email and password and click Login.

If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot your password? to reset it.

If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot your password? to reset it.
Once logged in, you will be able to see all of your microchips. They are sorted into three different categories: Stock, Registered, and Review.
Fi Nano Box Contents
Each box of Fi Nanos contains 20 individually wrapped microchips that are preloaded into their syringes and tested for sterility. Fi Nano's are universally scannable, and any existing scanner should work.
Only verified partners can order Fi Nano microchips, which are shipped pre-registered to your organization.
Fi Nano Microchip Package Contents
Each microchip package contains:
- The syringe with the microchip preloaded.
- Barcode stickers (QTY 3) with the 15-digit microchip number on them.

A yellow registration card with a QR code.
- Please note that each QR code is unique and is associated with the microchip that is included in the package. The 15-digit microchip number is assigned to the short code that is on the yellow card. Therefore, these items need to stay together:

These flyers can be given to new pet owners to support them in registering their pet's Fi Nano microchip.
Fi Nano Partner Referrals
As an approved Nano Partner, you can refer other vet/rescue/breeders to partner with the Fi Nano Program.
To refer an organization, have them apply to be a Nano Partner by filling out this application.
They will receive an email from the Fi Nano Team once they are approved as a Nano Partner. To verify your referral, please ask the organization you referred to email nano@tryfi.com with your Fi Nano Account email and your First & Last Name, as soon as they receive their approval email.
For every new Nano Partner that you refer to the Fi Nano Program, you are awarded a free box of Fi Nanos (QTY 20) once they are approved.
You will receive a shipping notification via email as soon as your free box of Fi Nanos ships.
