Depending on the status of your order, you can request an update to your order, and we will try our best to accommodate the change. Our team works to ship orders quickly, therefore it is paramount to update your order as soon as possible.
We cannot update orders that have been handed over to our team to fulfill. Once shipped, orders cannot be intercepted.
Steps to Update Your Order
- Locate your email receipt titled Your Fi receipt.
- Click into the email and scroll to the bottom. Click the link Need to update your order? Click here -->:
- A form will open:
- From the drop-down, select the type of update you need to make:
- Fill out the rest of the information on the form, and then click Submit:
- This will generate an email to the shipping team. They will try to update your order and reply with an update.
