Edit or remove a pet profile

It's easy to update your pet's profile in the Fi App. You can edit their username, personal information, or remove a pet at any time.

Steps to Edit Your Profile

1. Open the Fi App. Tap your pet's avatar in the lower right corner:
 

2. Tap Edit Profile:

3. Then, edit the details in your profile that you want to update.

Edit Pet Location

Your pet's location is automatically assigned based on the address you used to set up your Safe Zone.

You can edit your pet's Home Location within Edit Profile. It will update it on their pet profile, but it will not update your Safe Zone.

Changing the Home Location will not update your city or state pack in which your pet is currently ranked.

Edit Nano Information

Removing a Pet from the Fi App

1. Open the Fi App.
2. Tap your pet's profile picture in the lower right corner:
   
    
3. Tap Edit Profile:
   
    
4. Tap the three dots in the top right corner, then tap Remove profile:
   
    
5. Confirm you would like to remove your pet's profile. Tap Remove:
