How to Upgrade in the Fi App
1. Open the Fi App and tap the Health Tab.
2. You will see an Upgrade banner on this page. Please note that you may need to scroll for the banner to appear.
3. Tap the banner and follow the on-screen prompts to order your pet’s Series 3+ Device.

Can I transfer my existing profile to the Series 3+?
Yes, you can transfer your existing profile to the Series 3+. To learn how to transfer your profile and activate your new product, refer to the Activating a Replacement or Upgraded Device article.
Do I need a new membership to upgrade?
You do not need a new membership if you're upgrading from Series 3. Your existing membership will continue uninterrupted.
If you're upgrading from Series 1 or Series 2, you’ll start a new 1 Year Membership upon activation.
Why upgrade from Series 2 or 3 to a Series 3+?
Series 3+ offers more precise GPS and unlocks exclusive smart AI features.
What do I do with my old Fi Series Device?
Once your new Fi Device is delivered, you can transfer your old device to a different pet, unlink it from your profile, or save it to use at a different time.
Can I combine the upgrade program with a Fi promotion or discount?
No, the Fi upgrade program cannot be combined with additional promotions or discounts. The program is designed to offer exceptional value on its own, ensuring you can upgrade to the latest Fi technology at a competitive price.
How do I make an update to my shipping address?
Since we strive to ship orders promptly, it’s important to request updates as soon as possible. If your order status permits, you can request changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

I have multiple Fi Devices. Can I upgrade them all at the same time?
Each Fi Profile must be upgraded individually, so you’ll complete the upgrade one membership at a time. After tapping the upgrade banner and finishing the upgrade process for one pet, switch to the next Fi Profile to start their upgrade!
