Update Your Fi Account Email

Within the Fi App, you can update your Fi Account email at any time. 

The email address you update for your Fi Account will:

1. Receive all Fi emails.
2. Be the email address you use to log into your Fi Account.
   • You will still use the same password you created when setting up your Fi App.
   • Please note that you must enter your email address in all lowercase letters. 

How to Update Your Fi Account Email

1. Tap your pet's avatar in the lower right corner. Then, tap the Menu Button.

2. Tap Account:

3. On the Account Page, tap the icon next to the email to edit.

4. Then, update your email and tap Save once complete.
