Accessing your Fi Account on a new device is easy!
If you get a new phone, first re-download the Fi App. Then, log in with your Fi Profile email and password—your pet's information will sync automatically.
If you don’t see your pet's details after logging in, you may have used a different email. Your Fi Profile email is typically the one used to purchase your Fi Product. You can update your account email address at any time.
How to Sign into the Fi App
1. Open the Fi App, and tap Get Started:
2. Enter your email and tap Continue:
3. Type in your password associated with your Fi Profile, and then tap Sign In. If you do not remember your password, click the link here to reset it.
