Fi sends two types of emails: Fi Update emails and Product Alert emails.
Fi Update emails provide information about product releases, software updates, special promotions and much more. If you only unsubscribe from Fi Update emails you will still receive emails for Product Alerts.
Product Alert emails are sent as Battery Alerts & Base Offline Alerts.
- Battery Alert: If you only unsubscribe from Battery Alert emails, you will still receive Base Offline Alert and Fi Update emails.
- Base Offline Alert: If you only unsubscribe from Base Offline Alert emails you will still receive Battery Alert and Fi Update emails.
- Regardless of your email preferences, you will still receive Battery Alerts & Base Offline Alerts as push notifications. See: Alerts & Notifications 101

Steps for How to Unsubscribe

Open the email you would like to unsubscribe from.

Scroll down to the bottom of the email and click unsubscribe.

Once you click unsubscribe, another page should open. You will need to also click the purple unsubscribe button on this page.
