Update Your Fi Account Email

Within the Fi App, you can update your Fi Account email at any time. 

The email address you update for your Fi Account will:

1. Receive all Fi emails.
2. Be the email address you use to log into your Fi Account.
   • You will still use the same password you created when setting up your Fi App.
   • Please note that you must enter your email address in all lowercase letters. 

How to Update Your Fi Account Email

1. Open the Fi App. Tap your dog's avatar in the lower right corner.
Once you are in the profile, tap the Menu Button to open the Menu:

3. On the Account Setting Page, tap the email address:

4. Enter the new email address under Edit Email and tap UPDATE EMAIL:
