Series 3+ Features
Our Fi Series 3+ Membership comes with all the essential tools to help keep your pet safe and connected. It builds on the core features of the Series 3, offering enhanced insights to better understand your pet's behavior and activity. These features include:
- AI-Powered Health and Behavior Tracking
- The AI features monitor sleeping, barking, licking, scratching, eating, and drinking patterns, along with counting your pet's steps. You can learn more about these features here.

Fi Mini Features
The Fi Mini is a lightweight tracker that is compatible with both dogs and cats. When you purchase a Fi Mini, you receive the tracker only. The Fi Mini is designed to be compatible with most collars and harnesses and is 80% lighter than the Series 3+.
Dog profiles also include AI-Powered Health and Behavior Tracking. These features include:

Fi Ultra Features
The Fi Ultra is our most advanced GPS tracker, built for dogs who explore remote areas or spend time in places with limited cell service. It stays connected through extended LTE coverage on the T-Mobile network, plus satellite coverage powered by T-Satellite with Starlink, so you can keep track of your dog even in areas without standard cellular service. Key features include:
- A universal integrated clip that attaches to harnesses, working dog vests, and thick leather collars.
- USB-C charging with a battery life of 2 to 3 days. A Fi Base is not needed or included.
- IP68 waterproof rating, tested in salt water.
- Sound and vibration you can trigger from the Fi app to help get your dog's attention, with adjustable intensity settings.
- Power Saving Mode, which extends battery life by reducing the frequency of location updates.
Please note: The Fi Ultra is compatible with dog profiles only and is designed for use within the United States. Satellite connectivity does not extend coverage internationally.
Important: The Fi Ultra is designed for off-leash use, not off-grid use. In areas with no cell service, the app may not be able to communicate with the tracker in real time.

Series 2 Features
For Fi Series 2 trackers without a membership, it will still function, but with limited features.
If your pet moves beyond the range of your smartphone, Fi Base, or Wi-Fi, their location won't be visible, and you won't be able to activate Original Lost Mode.
We strongly recommend adding a membership to access advanced safety features.
