A Fi Membership is required to enable Fi Series 3 Collars. A membership is optional and recommended for Fi Series 2 Collars, allowing Fi remote access to your dog's location and activity through GPS & LTE connection.
Series 3
A Fi Membership includes everything you need:
- A Fi Series 3 Collar for your dog and charging accessories.
- Access to the Fi App, which includes 24/7 location tracking, personalized behavioral insights and reports about your dog.
- Your Hardware Warranty
The cost of your monthly membership enables all features of your dog’s Fi Collar.
Every new Fi Series 3 plan includes a free 30-day trial if the Fi Collar has not previously had a trial period.
Series 2
For Fi Series 2 Collars without a membership, the Fi Collar will still function. If your dog wanders outside the range of your smartphone, Fi Base or Wi-Fi, however, you will not be able to see your dog's location and will not be able to use Original Lost Dog Mode.
We highly recommend purchasing a membership to get the most out of your Fi experience.
