Prepaid Membership Plan

Free Trial
With our Free Trial option, you can try Fi for 30 days without paying the membership fee upfront. This option is available to new members in the United States and Canada, and the free trial requires only a shipping fee at checkout. I have a Series 2. What are my membership options?
For members with a Series 2 tracker, there are three prepaid Fi Membership options:
- 1 Year Plan: Billed as $99 USD upfront
- 2 Year Plan: Billed as $186 USD upfront (save 5%)
- 3 Year Plan: Billed as $248 USD upfront (save 16%)

How do I add a membership to my Series 2 tracker?
If you did not add a Fi Membership plan at checkout for your Series 2 tracker, you can add one within the Fi App.

How do I update my payment information?
If you need to update your payment method, such as changing the credit card or billing address you have on file, you can easily do so by logging in with your account email address and password at shop.tryfi.com/manage.
How do I switch my membership plan?
To change your membership billing plan (for example, switching from a 6-month to a 1-year prepaid plan), visit shop.tryfi.com/manage to make changes. Your new plan starts immediately, and any unused time from your current plan will be automatically credited toward your new membership.
