With a Fi Mini, you'll see your pet's location tracking, activity tracking, walk tracking, and real time alerts directly in the Verizon Family App.
Some features, including behavior tracking and social features, are available in the Fi App. If you'd like to use those, you can download the Fi App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching "Fi Smart Collar".
Activate your Fi Mini
When purchasing through Verizon, you will receive an insert advising you to download either the Fi App or the Verizon Family App to start the activation process.
If you prefer, you can activate your Fi Mini through the Fi App. To do this, follow the guide in the Attach & Activate Your Fi Mini article.
