Below, we break down what’s unique for cat and dog profiles, so you can get the most out of every feature.
Dog Interface
Your Live Tab provides a real-time snapshot of your dog’s step count, strain score, sleep patterns, and current rank across the Fi community.
You’ll also have access to your timeline section, where walks, activity, and rest are recorded—so you can easily track their routines.
The Health Tab keeps you connected to your dog’s health with daily step counts, rest trends, and behavior tracking, with easy access to vet records and health documents.
You can join the Fi Community through the Community Tab, where you can meet fellow dogs, cats, and their owners. Additionally, the Profile Tab is where you manage your dog’s profile, device settings, and app preferences to stay connected to their safety, health, and activity.
Cat Interface
The Fi Mini is the first and only Fi product built for cats. In the Fi App, you can view their real-time location on the Live Map and check if they’re inside their Safe Zone. A Safe Zone is a defined area where your pet is considered secure—your device conserves battery inside and alerts you if your pet leaves.
You’ll also see detailed insights into your cat’s activity, rest patterns, and their most recent adventure outside. Please note that behavior tracking is not available for cat profiles.
Your Timeline section captures outdoor moments—like walks or car rides—that happened beyond a designated Safe Zone.
The Health Tab lets you securely store vet records for quick, anytime access.
Lost Mode
Lost Mode is built to give you instant peace of mind when your pet leaves a Safe Zone - and it's available for both cats and dogs!
From the Live Tab, first tap on the Live Map. Then tap the Lost Mode icon to activate it. You'll receive live LTE-M and GPS updates in Lost Mode to help you quickly pinpoint their location and bring them home fast.
