If you have an active Fi GPS/LTE Subscription/Membership, your current plan and renewal date will be shown in the Fi App. Steps shown below show you how to check your subscription/membership plan. To make changes to your plan, please submit a request through our request form.
Steps to Check If You Have an Active Subscription/Membership
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's Profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines:

- Tap into the dog profile you would like to view.
