Every Fi Device is equipped with a distinctive identifier, which is located on the back. This identifier serves as your pet's unique serial number and will always start with the prefix 'SN.'
Locating Your Serial Number in the Fi App
You can also view your device's serial number in the Fi App at anytime. To locate your serial number:
1. With the Fi App open, tap your profile avatar in the bottom-right corner and then tap the three lines to open your Menu
2. Then, tap into your Pack Settings
3. Once you are in your Pack Settings menu, tap the pet whose device serial number you want to view
4. Tap the device in your profile
5. Once you are in your device page, tap the information icon in the top right corner of the screen. This icon will open up your device's information, including the serial number.
