Disconnect from Strava

If you want to remove your connection between Strava and Fi, you can easily do this through the Fi App by following the instructions below.

If you would like, you can also disconnect from Fi using your Strava Account .

Please note, to remove the integration, you only need to disconnect the integration from one app, either Strava or Fi.

How to Disconnect Strava from the Fi App

1. With the Fi App open, tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Settings Menu
2. Tap Account
3. Tap the pencil icon next to Strava
4. Once prompted in the app, tap Remove connection
5. Tap Yes
6. Tap the X to go back to the MENU. To check that Strava has been successfully disconnected from Fi, tap Integrations. If the integration has been successfully removed, under Available, you will see Strava
