To help reduce our carbon footprint, Fi has decided to stop producing adapters and will no longer include them in our Fi Collar boxes. Any 5W or greater USB adapter will work with your Fi Base, and we encourage you to reuse. If you do not have an adapter that you can reuse, we recommend this one.

Fi Membership
A Fi Membership is required for remote tracking capabilities. Your Fi Series 3 Collar box includes a Fi Membership. A membership is optional for Fi Series 2 Collars, but it is highly recommended. A membership gives you access to the full capabilities of your dog's Fi Collar, which allows remote access to your dog's location and activity. Live Tracking/Lost Dog Mode is only functional with a Fi Membership. See: What's Included in My Fi Membership?
