Keep your dog's Fi Collar powered up and performing its best by connecting to Wi-Fi.
When indoors, a steady Wi-Fi connection helps the collar conserve battery, saving energy for when your dog is out exploring.
If you have a Series 3 Base, you will know it's offline by glowing a steady yellow light. Keep it online to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
Please note that the Series 3 Base is compatible with both Series 3 and 3+ Collars.
Wi-Fi Network Not Showing Up
If your Wi-Fi Network does not appear when trying to add your network in the Fi App:
- Try to cancel/reopen the Wi-Fi selection screen in the Fi App.
- Move your base to a location with better Wi-Fi coverage.
- Restart your router.
- Ensure the 2.4GHz option on your Wi-Fi router is enabled, as the Fi Base and Fi Collar are designed to connect only to 2.4GHz networks. If you’re unsure how to verify or enable this setting, consult the user manual or online support resources provided by your router’s manufacturer.
- Your Fi Collar can connect with up to 6 networks. If you already have 6 networks stored in your Fi App, remove one to add a new network.
Note: Series 1 Fi Collars cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
