In the Timeline section of the Fi App (accessible from the Live Tab), you can view your dog's Activity Cards, check in on their Goal Streak, be notified about your Fi dog friend's walks, like ♡ their walks, and more.
Activity Cards
There are four types of Activity Cards located within the Timeline section. These include the Walk Card, Rest Card, Play Card, and Travel Card.
If you feel your Activity Card does not show your dog's activity properly, you can learn more in the What If My Dog’s Activity Is Incorrectly Reported or Captured? article.
Walk Card
A Walk Card shows an in-depth look at your walks with your dog, including the date and time of the walk, how far your dog walked, what location your dog was in, and how many steps they took. A Walk Card only occurs outside a Safe Zone.
A paw print icon identifies a Walk Card:
You can learn more about walks here, step tracking here, and how steps are calculated here.
Rest Card
A Rest Card will appear in your Live Feed when your dog stays in the same location for a short period and has a low number of steps. It shows the location, duration, and step count. It can occur inside or outside a Safe Zone.
A sitting dog icon identifies a Rest Card:
Play Card
A Play Card shows when your dog is in the same location for a long time and is very active. These can occur inside or outside a Safe Zone.
A tennis ball icon identifies a Play Card:
Travel Card
A Travel Card shows when and where your dog traveled from/to (e.g., car or train travel) if the Fi Collar can report location. Travel Cards occur outside Safe Zones.
For best accuracy, make sure the Fi App is open and the collar connects to Bluetooth. Without it, GPS/LTE may give an inaccurate location.
A car icon identifies a Travel Card:
If your dog’s Travel Card showed up as a Walk Card, you can learn why in Activity Tracking: Walks.
