With an active membership, Fi Series trackers use AT&T's cellular network, the Fi Mini uses Verizon's, and the Fi Ultra uses T-Mobile's. In each case, they operate as their own cellular tracker.
Before purchasing, we recommend first checking to ensure there is cellular coverage around your home or in any other area where your pet may spend time. Please note:
- Your smartphone can be on any cellular network and does not need to be on AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile.
- A Fi Membership is required to enable a Series 3+, Series 3, Fi Mini, or Fi Ultra tracker.
- For Series 2, without a membership, AT&T cellular network connectivity and Original Lost Mode are not available. If you did not select a plan during your initial purchase, you can always add a Fi Membership at a later date.
Once you've received your Fi tracker, we recommend testing GPS and cellular capabilities by Testing Lost Mode.
